• Right Value Fare Deals operates as an independent Online Travel Agency (OTA).
• We do not represent any airline, nor are we owned, operated, endorsed, or affiliated with any airline, airport, or government authority.
• All bookings are fulfilled through licensed consolidators, wholesalers, and accredited suppliers.

2. Booking & Reservation Process

• Bookings are processed in real-time and are subject to final confirmation.
• An acknowledgment email confirms receipt of your request but does not guarantee ticket issuance.
• Ticket issuance occurs only after successful payment authorization and verification by our supplier network.
• Processing time may take up to 24 hours or longer during peak seasons.

3. Pricing & Fare Rules

• Prices displayed are dynamic, based on live inventory and market conditions.
• Fare conditions (cancellation, refund, changes, baggage, etc.) are controlled by the airline or consolidator, not Right Value Fare Deals.
• Service fees may apply for bookings, cancellations, refunds, or customer support, and are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies, even after payment.

4. Baggage, Seating & Special Services

• Baggage policies are airline-specific and may vary by route, class, and ticket type.
• Seat assignments, meal requests, or special services (e.g., wheelchair assistance) are not guaranteed and are subject to airline availability.
• Any extra costs for such services must be paid directly to the airline.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

• All changes and cancellations are governed by airline/consolidator fare rules.
• Some tickets may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after approval from the consolidator/airline.
• DOT Compliance: Per U.S. Department of Transportation rules, bookings made 7+ days before departure are eligible for a 100% refund if cancelled within 24 hours.
• Refund processing time varies and may take 7–21 business days (or longer if supplier delays apply).

6. Customer Obligations

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates, ESTA/ETA, etc.) are valid.
• Airlines may deny boarding without proper documents, and Right Value Fare Deals will not be liable.
• Customers must provide accurate passenger information; errors may result in penalties or rebooking fees.

7. Payment & Fraud Prevention

• Payments must be made using valid credit/debit cards or accepted methods listed at checkout.
• Fraudulent transactions will be investigated, and bookings may be cancelled without notice.
• Additional identity verification may be required for security purposes.

8. Travel Insurance Recommendation

• We strongly recommend that customers purchase independent travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other risks.
• Right Value Fare Deals does not sell or provide insurance but may refer customers to third-party providers.

9. Third-Party Links & External Services

• Our site may contain links to third-party websites (airlines, suppliers, or partners).
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, policies, or services offered on third-party sites.
• Access to third-party websites is at the user’s own risk.

10. Force Majeure Events

• Government actions or travel bans
• Pandemics or health advisories
• Customers should check airline/airport advisories before travel.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Rebate O Travel LLC acts solely as an intermediary between customers and suppliers.
• We are not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, lost baggage, denied boarding, or airline insolvency.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the service fees collected directly by us.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Data may be shared with airlines, consolidators, or payment processors strictly for booking purposes.
• We comply with GDPR (Europe), CCPA (California, USA), and other global privacy standards.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
• All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas, USA.

14. Modifications to Terms
